Description / Rehearsals Scenes & Songs is MTC's new Alternative Stage production. The show was created by and will be directed by MTC Trustee and Performer Tom McHale. The production will consist of a collaboration of familiar dramatic, comedic, and musical scenes directed by multiple directors and accompanied by pre-recorded vocal and musical tracks. Scenes will vary in length and style - covering everything (potentially) from Neil Simon to Aaron Sorkin, Stephen Sondheim to Stephen Schwartz, and more! Scenes may be from well-known Broadway shows or movies. As with all MTC productions, - everyone who auditions will participate. The production will be casted by Tom and his directors. Once casted, the directors will set up that scene's or song’s individual rehearsal schedule. IF YOU'VE HAD TROUBLE PARTICIPATING IN MTC PRODUCTIONS IN THE PAST DUE TO SCHEDULING DIFFICULTIES THIS IS THE PRODUCTION FOR YOU!! DEPENDING ON THE SCENE AND YOUR LEVEL OF PARTICIPATION, REHEARSALS MAY BE FEW AND FLEXIBLE! The entire cast will be required to attend the following dates:
